The Brother Fortune Villa T Fourplex is located in one of the major cities of Inner Mongolia, with a large urban natural park just across the adjacent road. This unique location provides a stunning backdrop for the showflat, enhancing the overall experience for potential buyers.

The design of the showflat is realized through the use of bright colors with a strong decorative purpose. The combination of black and gold, reminiscent of a king's feast, creates an aggressive and powerful atmosphere. The use of gold and green symbolizes dignity, power, and the wonderful illusion portrayed in "The Great Gatsby." The design of the showflat draws inspiration from the Art Deco artistic technique, incorporating the technological beauty of the industrial age and the fluency of jazz style. The use of symmetrical and concise geometric forms, radiant patterns, streamlined lines, and overlapping genres with angles creates a visually impactful space.

Overcoming challenges such as the original structure drawings and the utilization of space, the design team successfully adjusted the living space to the fourth floor, maximizing the use of the four-floor elevation space.
